Statement re: medical emergency on 17th December
Our staff were alerted by a parent that her baby was experiencing a medical emergency. Thanks to the quick thinking and training of our team, emergency first aid was administered immediately while we waited for paramedics to arrive. Emergency services responded swiftly and took over the care of the child.
We understand that seeing emergency vehicles and paramedics on site may have been unsettling for families and children. Our staff acted with exceptional professionalism and calmness throughout, working closely with the emergency services to ensure the best possible care.
We understand there have been references to this incident on social media, but can we urge all families to avoid any speculation as there may be misinformation which could lead to further upset.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We will provide further updates if appropriate.
